Barefoot path
=============

Do you enjoy walking barefoot? Then join our family in the spa park and experience our 1,550-meter-long barefoot path – just follow the giant footprints.

Whether in the pine cone pit, the mud ditch, on the sandy beach, or through the stream – at 25 exciting stations, you can consciously experience the unique sensations of barefoot walking. The labyrinth, which leads you across various natural surfaces – from stone and wood to cherry pits – is also a fascinating experience.

Dare to try it and set off barefoot, because our barefoot path is a fantastic experience – not just for children!

The starting and finishing point is the "Kneipp facility for everyone" in the spa park, where you'll find lockers for your shoes and can clean your feet after your walk.

Want more?

Then follow the 2,100-meter-long barefoot path from the spa park through the open countryside to the Kneipp facility by the Christmas tree. The starting and finishing point is the "Kneipp facility for everyone" in the spa park.

Tips and advice for barefoot walking

- Don't walk faster than you can safely avoid small obstacles like roots and tree stumps.
- Flowering plants, and therefore bees, cannot be completely kept away from the barefoot path. So, where flowers are blooming, be careful!
- Anyone who enjoys walking barefoot should be vaccinated against tetanus.

The path is not cleared of snow. A little tip: Try snow walking! Walk barefoot through the snow until you feel a cold sensation. Brush the snow off your feet and quickly put your socks and shoes back on. Warm up quickly. Snow walking is not recommended for those with abdominal or urinary tract infections, as well as acute bladder and kidney diseases.

> The first step in hardening your feet is always walking barefoot. It's the best way to accustom your body to the earth. This directs blood downwards, regulates blood circulation, and strengthens your feet.
