Tips and advice for barefoot walking
- Don't walk faster than you can safely avoid small obstacles like roots and tree stumps.
- Flowering plants, and therefore bees, cannot be completely kept away from the barefoot path. So, where flowers are blooming, be careful!
- Anyone who enjoys walking barefoot should be vaccinated against tetanus.
The path is not cleared of snow. A little tip: Try snow walking! Walk barefoot through the snow until you feel a cold sensation. Brush the snow off your feet and quickly put your socks and shoes back on. Warm up quickly. Snow walking is not recommended for those with abdominal or urinary tract infections, as well as acute bladder and kidney diseases.
