Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Withdrawal can be made in writing or by returning the goods within the specified period to Kur- und Tourismusbetrieb Bad Wörishofen, Luitpold-Leusser-Platz 2, 86825 Bad Wörishofen, Germany, Tel. +49 8247 9690-442 or -443, info@bad-woerishofen.de.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice or the goods in a timely manner (date of postmark).

If the repair fails or the replacement goods are also defective, you may return the goods for a full refund or keep the goods and receive a price reduction. Orders from abroad: We will send you the requested item and include an invoice with our IBAN/BIC/SWIFT bank details for a free bank transfer. Shipping costs to other countries are €5.00.
